หนุน ‘Learning City‘ ของ ‘UN‘ สมาคมเมืองไทยน้ำใส ใจสะอาด ปราศจากขยะ แจกทุน!

2 เมษายน 2564 พล.อ.ดร.วสุ ชนะรัตน์ นายกสมาคมเมืองไทยน้ำใส ใจสะอาด ปราศจากขยะเผยถึง สมาคมได้จัดประกวดชิงรางวัลประจำปี จากสมาคมเมืองไทยน้ำใส ใจสะอาด ปราศจากขยะ โครงการ “แปลงขยะเป็นทุน และกิจกรรมต่อเนื่องร่วมกับชุมชน”  โดยปัจจุบันปัญหาเรื่องขยะเป็นปัญหาสำคัญในระดับประเทศ สาเหตุเนื่องมาจากประชากรใน ประเทศมีจำนวนมากขึ้น ชุมชนเพิ่มขึ้น สถานประกอบการต่าง ๆ มีมากขึ้น และสิ่งที่ตามมาอย่างเลี่ยงไม่ได้ก็คือ ขยะ ย่อมเกิดขึ้นมากตามไปด้วย จนกระทั่งการกำจัดขยะไม่สมดุลกับการเพิ่มขึ้นของจำนวนขยะ ในแต่ละ วันจำนวนขยะวันหนึ่งเป็นร้อยล้านตัน 

แต่สามารถกำจัดได้เพียงไม่กี่สิบล้านตัน (ข้อมูลได้มาจากกรมพัฒนา และส่งเสริมพลังงาน กระทรวงวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี) เกิดเป็นปัญหาขยะล้นเมือง ปีหนึ่งประเทศต้อง เสียงบประมาณเป็นจำนวนมาก แต่ผลที่ได้ก็ยังไม่น่าพอใจ หากประชาชนยังขาดจิตสำนึกในการทิ้งขยะให้ เป็นที่ การกัดแยกขยะ รวมทั้งขาดความรู้ในการนำขยะกลับมาใช้ใหม่ เพราะเพียงแค่ได้ยินคำว่า “ขยะ” ก็ไม่ สนใจ ไม่เห็นคุณค่า ทั้งที่ขยะเหล่านั้นหากคัดแยกอย่างถูกวิธีจะสามารถสร้างประโยชน์ได้ ซึ่งเป็นการ ประหยัดทั้งตนเองและประเทศรวมถึงเพิ่มรายได้ ทั้งยังลดปริมาณขยะลงไปได้ ะส่งผลดีต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ประชากร และประเทศชาติต่อไป สถานศึกษาเป็นอีกแหล่งหนึ่งที่มีประชากรอยู่ค่อนข้างหนาแน่น ปริมาณขยะที่เกิดขึ้นก็มาก ตามไปด้วย ดังนั้น เพื่อเป็นการปลูกจิตสำนึกให้กับนักเรียนและบุคลากรในโรงเรียนเห็นคุณค่าของขยะ และ มีส่วนช่วยรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม ช่วยประเทศชาติต่อไป การจะแก้ปัญหาให้เกิดผลดีในระยะยาวนั้น เราต้องเริ่มจากจุดเล็ก ๆ ก่อน คือเป้าหมาย นักเรียน นักศึกษาที่ต้องการทุนในการเรียนด้วยการปลูกจิตสำนึกที่ดีในเรื่องการทิ้งขยะ ให้พวกเขาได้เห็น ความสำคัญ และประโยชน์ของการคัดแยกขยะ โดยอาจเริ่มจากภายในสถานศึกษา เมื่อนักเรียน นักศึกษา รู้จัก คัดแยกขยะและทิ้งขยะเป็นที่เป็นทาง ก็จะทำให้สถานศึกษานั้นดูสะอาด 

มีบรรยากาศที่เหมาะสมแก่การ เรียนรู้ และเมื่อเริ่มต้นจากสถานศึกษาได้ผลดีแล้ว ก็สามารถขยายผลไปยังชุมชน และประเทศชาติต่อไป 3.วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างวินัยในการทิ้งขยะเป็นที่เป็นทาง 3.2.เพื่อสร้างจิตสำนึกในการจัดการขยะ และรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม 3.3.เพื่อให้นักเรียน นักศึกษาเกิดความตระหนักถึงผลเสียที่จะก่อให้เกิดมลภาวะต่อสิ่งแวคล้อมและ สุขอนามัยของมนุษย์ หากมีการกำจัดขยะอย่างไม่เหมาะสม 3.4.เพื่อให้นักเรียนนักศึกษามีส่วนร่วมในการคัดแยกขยะที่ถูกวิธี 3.5.เพื่อให้ระบบการบริหารจัดการขยะในสถานศึกษามีประสิทธิภาพ3.6.เพื่อให้นักเรียน นักศึกษามีรายได้จากขยะ 3.7.เพื่อให้นักเรียนรู้ประโยชน์จากขยะ
